Please provide the reason for returns or exchanges on the back of the invoice slip.
After 30 days, or if opened, merchandise may be exchanged only.
The receipt of defective or damaged products must be reported to our Customer Service department at (800) 935-2222 within 10 days for insured replacement.
Returns or exchanges that are damaged in transit back to us due to poor packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. Shipping and packaging charges are nonrefundable.
